Booking conditions and cancellation:
- the Deposit is 30% of the total cost of living
- guest can cancel the reservation in time up to 30 days before arrival
- if the booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, the Guest will be charged 30% total amount of your stay
- in case of not check-in guests will be charged the amount equal to the cancellation fee
- the Deposit is taken per person within 5 calendar days of booking
